Basically, we look for jobs if we do not have one.
However, job seeking is not only for those who are unemployed. Many individuals also look for new jobs for better employment situation.

>Your Employer is violating your labor rights
>You want to put up your own business and be your own boss
>You want to pursue a different field of interest
Whatever reason you might have right now that is making you think about getting a new job or leaving your current job, it would be best to first explore all the available options within your Company that could possibly improve your current employment situation. If all of your ideas seem not to be working, then it is probably time for career change.
